Federico’s coaching starts with listening. And he offers tools and insightful questions. He helped me accept myself, accept others, and as a result, show up as my authentic self with my family, friends, and colleagues through both joyful and painful periods. I am now operating “in choice” about how I frame situations and how I respond.
