Federico is passionate about fostering growth in people. He is enthusiastic about creating environments that unite talented individuals towards a common objective. Federico understands the value of this from his 30 years of experience in for-profit businesses, leading organizations of up to 300+ employees (spanning the USA and Europe), serving on leadership teams, and optimizing both operational and financial metrics.
Federico initially spent 20 years in corporate environments learning best practices and proven business methods. Then, he brought those learnings to the start-up world where he spent 10 years growing emerging companies culminating in a successful sale in 2022. He loved scaling a company from 39 to 400+ employees over 5 years with its many challenges and abundant learnings. Throughout Federico’s career, regardless of the role, the industry, or the business, he found that, to ignite remarkable leadership and inspire oneself/others, a love of people is essential.

Federico is dedicated to the hard, and meaningful work, of finding and living into one's purpose. Through his coaching, Federico is committed to being catalytic to those looking to achieve their personal life goals. He helps individuals to explore their satisfaction in various aspects of life, to set goals in the areas selected for advancement, and to address any blockers that are limiting their desired outcome. Federico applies his lessons learned from 50+ years of life, his raising of 3 children, his experience with relationships, his own introspection/personal growth journey, and living into his purpose to the coaching relationship.
Coaching with Federico
Federico’s coaching starts with this premise - it's about people. He focuses on the individual, their growth, and where they want to go. He listens without judgment, without trying to “fix” the person, and without putting his own agenda into the conversation. Where appropriate, Federico provides discovery and growth opportunities leveraging his “in-the-seat” business and “intentional” life experiences. He intuitively presents previously unasked questions, raises understanding in new areas, and celebrates self-awareness.
